"Print was kind of blurry"
The print showed up looking a bit blurry, and the colors seemed dull compared to what I was expecting. Overall, I’d say I’m not too happy with how it turned out.

"Nice prints, but the price was hard to justify"
I’ll admit, I was excited when I first saw the prints because they really did look nice. But once I started comparing them to similar ones I’d seen elsewhere, the price started to feel way too high for what you’re actually getting. It kind of took the shine off the whole thing. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless they bring the pricing a bit more in line with other options

I was disappointed when the poster showed up bent. The box felt really flimsy, and I’ve noticed that when sellers use packaging like that for posters, it almost always ends up with some kind of crease or damage. The print itself seemed fine, but the packaging just didn’t protect it well enough

"Feels generic"
The designs didn’t feel very unique to me, I’ve seen the same kind of stuff on a bunch of other sites. I also reached out to support with a question and the reply felt like a copy-paste answer, which was kind of frustrating because it didn’t really address what I asked.

"A Bit of a Gift Disaster"
I bought this thinking it would make a nice gift, but the second I saw it in person, my hopes pretty much collapsed. It just looked really cheap, i didn’t feel comfortable giving it to someone.

"Nice print, but the material felt cheap"
The print itself looked nice, but the material felt really flimsy and cheap in person. I was disappointed, especially since I couldn’t really get any actual human contact when I had questions, it all felt automated and frustrating.

"I ordered what was supposed to be..."
I ordered what was supposed to be a large print, but when it showed up, it was definitely smaller than the size listed. How is that not frustrating? I had a specific spot picked out for it, and now it just looks awkward on the wall. Disappointing, honestly.

"Delivery took way too long"
The print itself is really nice, so I was happy with the product once it finally arrived. But the delivery took way longer than expected, which was frustrating. I would’ve appreciated some kind of apology or update about the delay.

"Delivery was frustrating"
My order did eventually show up, but the whole shipping process was a bit annoying. The tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea where it was, and it arrived later than I expected. The print itself was fine, so no complaints there, but the unreliable delivery kind of took away from the experience.

I felt like I had to chase for updates a few times, and the replies were usually slow and not very clear. It seemed like my questions were only partly answered, if at all, which got frustrating after a while

"Tracking hasn’t budged in a week"
I ordered some wall art and the tracking has been stuck in the same place for a week now. No real updates, no clear idea of what’s going on. How am I supposed to know if it’s actually on the way or just lost somewhere? Still waiting and frustrated.

It arrived with scratches all over it. On top of that, the frame was broken, so it was disappointing to open.

I wouldn’t recommend Artwallco. My order took longer than I expected, and when the print arrived it didn’t look as nice as it did on the website. I tried reaching out to them, but getting a proper reply was slow. It just ended up feeling like way more hassle than it should’ve been. Not worth it for me 😬

"Frame felt kind of cheap"
The print itself looked fine to me, but the frame just felt flimsy when I unpacked it. Not sure if it’s just the one I got or what, but it didn’t feel as sturdy as I expected.

"Not really worth the price to me"
I was kind of disappointed with this one, especially for what it cost. From across the room, yeah, the print looks fine, but once I got closer, it just didn’t feel like something that should be priced that high.
The delivery part was totally fine, no complaints there. It’s more the quality overall that threw me off. I’ve bought cheaper wall art before that looked just as good, maybe even a little better.

"Looked better online than it did in my room"
The print quality was about what I expected, but the design just felt a bit flat once I had it up in my room. The colours looked duller than they did in the photos, and it didn’t feel as stylish in person. It’s not awful by any means, just not really my taste

"Canvas quality was a bit disappointing"
The print looks decent if you’re standing a few feet away, but up close the canvas just feels kind of thin and cheap, if that makes sense. It’s hard to describe, but it didn’t have the sturdy, finished feel I was expecting. The corners also weren’t stretched very neatly. For the price, I thought it would be better, so I was a little disappointed...

"Refund process has been really frustrating"
I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s taking way longer than I expected. What’s making it more annoying is that no one has really explained what happens next or when I should expect an update. I just wish the process was clearer.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: the print I received looked way darker than the pictures shown. The colors didn’t really match what I thought I was getting, so I’d recommend being cautious if you’re expecting it to look exactly like the preview

"Still not properly sorted out"
I had an issue with my order trying to get it fixed was such a hassle. The replies were slow, and when I did hear back, they didn’t really help much... I’m still not happy with how it turned out. Wouldn’t use them again after this!
